Great video from the CEO of WildFyr, Patrick McConlogue who explains 3 tactics to managing people that are older than him in a corporate setting.

1. Drop Titles – Don’t boast your title in the company – we are all partners. A Common pack striving for the same goals.

2. Empower their experience – Take a look at their experience that you don’t have. Allow them to prove how valuable that experience is to you.

3. Tactical Maneuver – Establishing the weight in what you are trying to achieve. Making hard calls and establishing yourself.
